Mike Domm brings decades of coaching excellence and leadership to Eastside United as Head Coach. A celebrated figure in the Rochester soccer community, Mike’s career highlights include being named NYS Class C Coach of the Year and leading East Rochester High School to back-to-back sectional titles in 2019 and 2020, culminating in a 2020 Sports Writers State Championship.

Mike’s experience extends beyond high school coaching, with a successful tenure as Associate Head Coach at SUNY Brockport, where his teams consistently ranked among the best in the nation. During his time, SUNY Brockport achieved multiple NCAA tournament appearances, including a SUNYAC Championship and Region III #1 ranking.

Known for his dedication to player development, Mike emphasizes not only technical and tactical growth but also fostering a positive and team-centered culture. With deep roots in Rochester, Mike is passionate about cultivating local talent and instilling a relentless drive for excellence on and off the field.

Between 1997 and 1999, Mike played professionally for the Rochester Rhinos of the A-League, a testament to his skill and dedication as a player. During his collegiate career at SUNY Fredonia, Mike was a standout athlete, earning NCAA All-American honors in both 1996 and 1997.

Mike holds degrees in Sociology (SUNY Fredonia), Physical Education (SUNY Brockport), and Educational Administration (St. John Fisher College), underscoring his well-rounded approach to coaching and mentorship.

Under Mike’s leadership, Eastside United is poised to deliver an exciting brand of soccer that reflects the team’s core values of dedication, positivity, and championship ambition.

Dave Feist brings over a decade of specialized goalkeeper coaching experience to Eastside United, serving as both Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper Coach. His coaching career includes time at Finger Lakes Community College, where he worked with the men's soccer program, and East Rochester High School, where he served as an assistant coach in 2018 and 2020.

Prior to returning to Rochester, Dave was the Assistant Technical Director and Head Goalkeeper Trainer for the Centre Soccer Association (State College, PA) from 2010 to 2014. During this time, he also coached for the PA West Olympic Development Program and led several youth travel teams, developing goalkeepers and players at a high level.

A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Dave is committed to cultivating talent and fostering excellence within the team. His expertise and dedication to player development align with Eastside United’s mission to inspire and achieve success through hard work and positivity.
